The New Haven City Card program is being discontinued. Effective February 28, 2013 new cards and card reloads will no longer be issued. Customers with card balances may continue to use their New Haven City Cards in approximately 1,900 meters across the city. Customers are encouraged to use their cards until the card balance is exhausted. Cardholders who would like a refund of their card balance should send their cards and refund requests by December 31, 2013 to:
